      Pros

      Regarding to the clients, you can have the experience with different industries. There are no seniors there, so you need to learn by yourself. For some people, it’s good to work in such an intense environment.

      Cons

      First of all, they didn’t honestly declare the labour insurance to the government for you, which is illegal apparently. The salary is under average. 2/13 of employees are actually the founder’s family member, which cause the big problem on misjudgment. It’s sucks when you arrive at office on time and they just hang in by 11am and keep talking to you. Annoyed!

      Great environment and food. Awesome managers for the most part. Amazing people to work with. TIP POOL !!! Everyone makes the same money (servers/server assistants/hosts/bartenders)

      Cons

      Money… money… money… you make $250-500 a night, and your paycheck shows $100-200
