Pros
At early stage of my employment(internship), everything was going smooth and fine
Cons
Worst company in order to handle work life balanced. The boss is so arrogant that 3-4 times it has happened with my colleagues that they or their families were in hospital( one of employee's mother was suffering from covid 19) but all he cared about the work. He always say what should I do and if the employee wants to resign, he stops their salaries and in the end left them unpaid
