      - Good office workspace - Management makes employee happy with pizza party sometime - 5 days working - 1 day WFH

      Cons

      - Stop giving salary once they layoff employee - Companies are not registered - Lay off can be done anytime without 1 month prior notice - Humiliate employee on average performance infront of other staff members - Make BDE pretend to be WEBSITE DEVELOPER and face USA clients to bring projects. - No proper training - Force employees to work even after hours without extra payment
