one of few pros of this place is that our CTO is really qualified person willing to change entire process to better and trying to help developers to realize their potential
Cons
Team lead is deffinitely biggest con that could be.This person has mostly worked on old technologies and isn't willing to integrate new technologies or practices in dev process that leads to chaoa.Lots of talanted developers have already left company for this reason.He also doesn't has ability of teamworking and ignores all initiatives that comes from the rest of the team.
