Pros
Very low standards for hiring people makes it good if you need an entry level job. Occasionally a company hobby project will come along that's actually a bit interesting.
Cons
Very low pay, terrible hours (10-6 standard), only 2 weeks vacation/5 days sick, no health care, office is in a poor location, development practices are outright terrifying, primary internal framework is incredibly ancient/outdated
