Not what I was expecting

The benefits were not bad

Cons

Poorly organized, seemed like no one knew what they were doing, and there was never any guidance from management. High turnover rate, and a lot of people left the project I was on because they were being burned out and it was an unhappy environment

Good benefits, compensation, social activities.

Cons

Small company with no bench. Once your project ends, you're on your own to find a new team/additional work. There is no diversity in upper management.

Difficult Expectations, and Very Closed to New People

Pros

They had a good reputation within their very small market area (Gov Accounting Systems and FIAR).

Cons

The leadership is very closed, they do not accept new people who they didn't work personally with for many years. It's a very cold company to work with.
