Pros

Small team means you wear a lot of hats, but it’s exciting, you learn quickly and can have a real impact. Leadership is engaged and the company mission is clear. Overall great place to be!

Cons

Fast paced environment with evolving structure so not for people who need their hand held or a slower pace.

Pros

Unrivaled Market Access: Direct partnerships with the world's largest logistics players provide a feedback loop and scale that most startups lack. Complex Technical Challenges: Building a CV-powered Yard Operating System (YOS) requires solving for 99% accuracy in difficult, real-world environments. Elite Talent Density: A flat hierarchy where competence is rewarded and you are expected to execute alongside high-performers. Meaningful Equity: Genuine ownership in a company with the potential to fundamentally transform a trillion-dollar industry.

Cons

Early-Stage Friction: Scaling a product that intersects the physical and digital worlds involves logistical hurdles that don't exist in pure software.
