This juvenile company lacks proper leadership and entices hard working individuals into working long hours for no pay with a promise of stake in the business and a future. The CEO creates a controlling and obsessive work environment but provides no funding to pay his employees properly. The company also does not provide proper employment contracts and demands full time responsibilities while considering the employee an independent contractor. Huge red flags that will undoubtedly result in company failure. Don’t waste your time and energy, it won’t be valued at this company.
