They don't give you any basic PPE if they do it's all used stuff which shouldnt be happening as they don't know if it has been compromised they don't give out gwo during orientation with is a cert that shows u how to use your harness and how to rescue someone if they are injured or hurt/ cpr there was comments made by someone higher up about someone being a girl and seeing how long it's going to last they refuse to call it in high winds or lightning they rather u sit around and do nothing and expect you to come in even if the roads are closed the pay is also bad they are paying tech 2 23$ a hour when they should be getting 25 minimum I don't understand why all these wind companies are so stingy and refuse to pay people these people climb 100s of feet in the air and work in and around electricity they shouldn't be getting paid fast food wages they also can't keep people and if you stay you'll be in a endless cycle of of training they give cent raises and expect people to stay don't work with this company unless you want to be treated like crap and also obviously don't work here if you're a girl unless you work in the office cause that's "obviously were the girls should be in a office and not on a turbine"
