Pros

At HPB FET, SoecialOps etc we were all well supported by TLs, GL and Mgr. All agents were courteous and helping one another too although we were all working from home. Amazing cordial working relationship. :)

Cons

Nightmares started once we were called back to HBF offices for trainings. Up n down the lifts we were asked. No cleaner or office support! Full dustbins, nothing at the pantry and worst no water dispenser replenished. Told to be squeezed into a small miserable conference room and also 'come closer, come closer' in the open space office shared with about 50 army guys. Totally no safe distancing!! Wahhhhhhh!! TL took off mask to cough in the conference room of about 15 of us!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! All used her laptop to try out live incoming calls one by one. Then the following week 3 of us confirmed C+ and some others having flu like symptoms!! Then project manager unsure of his project and pushed us to ask TLs. Then I was told to stay quiet whereby I and 2 other were just voicing out real issues of 'luring' us to office for training whereby prior to that trainings for FET were via zoom!! KPI of 40 calls per full shift instructed. Rushed us to end call with MOPs by Mgmt, mgr & TL of vaccination call centre! V nonsensical!! Very smart to not to include work from home in the contract! We were all responding to work from home advertisements in project success and career future. So you see: we all were using own laptops and headsets as per the very same advertisements!! We agreed to work from home with that miserable amount of salary then recently all forced to work from office with all sort of reason to justify. Added expenses are the transport fees and expensive food from Harbour Front area!! Total inhumane ways to treat outstanding performing employees. Whoever declined working from office were all given a letter to termination yet announced as resignation! Mgmt can assume human capital is plenty in this country ya?! Please ask and check within yourself how much per hour you self service from each and every staff?! We are proud to serve the nation in this little contrrbuting manner yet the company took almost half our hourly pay as their profit and perhaps to its shareholders!! Cut throats the mgmt is!!! Remember there is our GOD watching your actions as well as your intention/ agenda!!

Pros

- WFH arrangement - Easy to apply for leave

Cons

- Agents are often tasked with new tasks without prior instruction and training - The amount of work that is tasked to you does not justify the pay - Lack of communication between management and staff - Work responsibilities are ambiguous - Not respecting working hours (Still getting texts past work hours) - No pay increment and no increase in the number of annual leave as well even after working for a year and we know that they are earning a lot of money as they are getting numerous projects from the government. - Extremely toxic work environment where the boss has said things like:" If you are not happy to work here you are free to quit. We have a lot of people who want to join" - The company changes the terms of the contract without informing

Pros

no pros after wfh is changed to go office

Cons

The below are not just mine, but a collective of multiple employee's review on the company. here's to paint you a picture - 39 (and counting) has quit just on the month March itself, 3 are interns who rejected the offer to continue with the company. 1. Permanently WFH offers were promised when everyone took the job offer, but changed abruptly without any discussion to go physical office, no benefits for the change, yet those who don't comply, are asked to resign. 2. HR/Management is not communicating with staffs, keep changing the details of the meeting/discussion of plans concerning us, when confronted, they just play with their words and say its a "misunderstanding" 3. Benefits are never briefed to staff, eg Leaves and how to apply, and that they are prorated etc, they will only say it when approached. 4. HR is really irresponsible, change the notice period duration in the contract but just explains that its because one of the staff forgot to change it initially, but expects us to comply. Most of the fulltime employees didn't even have their Annual Leave benefits opened to them in their leave system after their three month probation until they point it out to HR, which again, they just simply said, they "forgot". 5. OT will not be given unless they approach you for it. so even if you were trying to help out and do your due diligence to finish the work being tasked to you, that's not counted. 6. the operation is messy and disorganized. protocols and faq is ever changing yet no proper update is given and have to chase them from the dept who has the ans because they don't communicate. 7. work is never segregated properly, you are often being tasked to do things that was not even in your job scope with not much prep given, but you are never rewarded/credited for the amount you do because you are just "helping out". 8. Not being paid for the roles assigned fairly Client gave funds to hire trainers to train staff, these trainers are seen in the work chats but never around, the task of training still falls on leaders, but leaders are not paid extra for the role. because, again, you are just "helping out". 9. interns are treated poorly, higher management telling them i quote "if not happy, quit, there's a lot more people willing to join us". and unfairly graded for those who have clearly done/contributed more, everyone just gets an average score. 10. not transparent and honest at all they delete the bad reviews staff wrote on google, and write good reviews here to flood out the bad ones (one employee checked and confirmed the good reviews are written by the same IP add) 11. set high KPIs but backend system/programs are faulty, making it one of the reason why performance drop, but doesn't get things fixed after feedbacks, lack of backend IT assistance as shorthanded. the solution is always to restart pc. but questions the individuals that does not hit kpi. making it stressful and inefficient. hope this is a good ref for anyone who chanced upon their ads and really think it through before joining them. wanted to write in more explicit details but gd kept rejecting due to containing "unacceptable profanities or obscenities" which i have NOT written any, so i summarized, hope it works.
