      Pros

      Workers actually care about their job and the product that they produce, shop workers put their life and soul into their work, great learning experience

      Cons

      management is horrible, will pay you less than standard industry and FORCE you to work weekends/holidays/overtime with little bonus. Asked for time off got threatened with my job. George is the owner of the company and his sons are the vice presidents so you know how they fair well with the company. If your not part of the family you get treated like lower class. The Owner George gives you unrealistic deadlines for your project. If you like to work all weekend then this is the company for you. You WILL NOT get any time off.

      Pros

      The learning never stops with this job. The projects you get to work on are very fulfilling. You will also have your hand in every aspect of the business from product design, logistics to accounting. The time flies because you’re so busy. There is also no shortage of leads so you never cold call. I also love working with my colleagues. Management has also improved and are starting to give us more leeway. The pay also starts becoming much better as your sales pipeline builds up.

      Cons

      If you want a relaxing job, this position isn’t for you. Work load picks up quick and you will have lots of clients and responsibilities. It can get stressful some times when you have multiple customers needing your attention at the same time, but that’s expected for any sales job.

      Pros

      Flexibility and some boss's kind of care. People you work with are typically great. You can only go up from here.

      Cons

      They don't care about you at all. They give no protective equipment and you will breathe in a lot of toxic fumes. They don't give out any gloves or masks, heck they don't even give you plates and utensils. Most, if not all 5* reviews here are guaranteed fake. I didn't even see that many employees coming in when those reviews were being put in. They had a low 2's but because people keep applying and they have a hard time finding people, they are now doing fake reviews to increase their score. I haven't heard a single person say that they like it there. You're almost guaranteed to be paid about 60% of what your average income would be like for your job title. The company overall doesn't have much structure and doesn't follow any standard procedure of doing things, so you'll have to do everything from product dev to QC. It's good to start but the longer you stay, the more it'll hurt you. On average people typically stay for 9 months to a year. You can apply and work here if you absolutely must but won't recommend it.
