      Pros

      Nothing I've experienced. and It wont have any pros in future too.

      Cons

      -they expect overtime, but when you do they never appreciate -They moved to Alliston, without giving any enough notice to their employee -expects robot work, you must work 8 minimum hours constant -no health benefits(they'll say they're looking for it but they're not actually) -Gave so many options to upgrade the system and standards, The company doesn't want to spend a penny. So cheap company.

      Pros

      TerraGen has a flat organization and a very friendly, respectful and supportive environment. Inclusion and diversity, continuous improvement and learning, and equity are valued by the managers. The company offers a variety of events (company lunches, donations, …) that increases the intimacy between the employees.

      Cons

      No cons to TerraGen. Just I was living far from the company.

      Pros

      Small company with a tight-knit group that works closely together. Lots of opportunity to grow quickly and be an integral part of the team.

      Cons

      Average compensation, though the opportunity to grow is there.
