Pros
Terraform is one of the leading companies in a fast moving and very exciting sector. Until the CH11 of Terraform's sponsor, I worked in its tax department for two years and have enjoyed my employment very much. Within the tax department, there was significant scope for bringing own ideas and views and own initiatives were vey much appreciated. Terraform was (and I believe: is) a meritocratic company with a focus on talent retention.
Cons
Terraform had the disadvantage of its sponsor SunEdison going into CH11, which has seriously slown down its own growth. With the support of its new sponsor, I would expect Terraform to develop in a more stable direction.
