Do the one thing very well and accurately launch off initiatives from there, rather than launch into what you don't really have resources to commit to fully, or that you don't have the time to experiment on fully.

Day off on birthdays, breakfast and lunch, great office culture devoid of unneccessary politics and oppression. Great bosses! Opportunity to grow and move within teams. Pay was reasonable during my stay there between 2019 and 2020
