      Mgmts don't treat all employees fair and not truthworthy. Favoritism plays a big part thats why they don't t get full participation from all the employees.

      There are no pros to working for this company!

      This company is awarded government contract to employ persons with disabilities and do not provide any training, support, advancements or pay raises to the disabled workers. management is not focused or qualified to work with any disabled workers and favors selected workers to receive more pay, benefits and priveledges than other workers. very unfair and dishonest management of government contracts.

      Nothing positive to reflect on on my short stay with Skookum at the Coast Guard.

      Cons

      You must not have superior knowledge and experience that would over shadow the lead technician. Must be willing to charge time against work not being done. Referring to the US Coast Guard Contract in Curtis Bay.
