We work on an entirely new domain, making the core hardware to software for a completely new domain, which I believe very few companies in the world are doing right now. The company has a pure startup mindset, which I am really comfortable with and it never gets stagnating while working here. Every now and then there is a new and unique problem to solve, which probably very few people in the world might have gotten a chance to find a solution for. The people in the office are super fun and chill, even when the going gets tough its your colleagues define how well you can handle the pressure.
Cons
This may not be a place for a person looking for a 9-5 kind of Job. Work from home might be limited, since we are working on a proprietary hardware product which cannot be taken out of the premesis and most of the jobs in the company depend on the device.

Very tight deadlines for tasks and projects. Managers micromanage and ask for every hour's update. Recruiters make false promises for hiring new employees. A lot of feedback is taken by management but none is utilized. No process for projects. A lot of tasks are Redone multiple times. Not a JIO company. Irregular Increments, so if you are joining, Get a better packaging in the beginning itself. With a Good package comes great humiliation in this company. No matter how many years of experience you have. you will be illtreated.

Growth - Over here you will definitely get a chance to hone and nurture your skills and increase your knowledge. 3. Appreciation - You will definitely be acknowledged for the work you do. Innovations and Ideas are encouraged and appreciated. 4. Management - The Management here is Friendly, Helpful, Talented, and Supportive. You can literally walk right up to the CEO and ask him any of your doubts. One of the key aspects of this company. 5. Employee Engagement - The HR team is always up on their toes for keeping their fellow colleagues happy. They arrange small games every Friday for everyone in the office. Even during the lockdown in the pandemic, they arranged for some interactive online Yoga and Positivity sessions for us. 6. Work Hard, Party Harder - Regular team dinner outings and random pizza parties keep you motivated. 7. Pandemic Support - Support provided during the pandemic was very good. We were asked to work from home. The HR would call you every now and then to ask you about your health. Cab service being provided since we started office. 8. Best in AR/VR - This company has immense talent in every aspect of AR/VR, right from hardware to the front end.
