Pros

You learn plenty of how NOT to.

Cons

All the good reviews you see here managers posted themselves under fake accounts. Good work never gets appreciated, the managers are sneaky, fake and only favour their own buddies. Low pay, no benefits, micromanaging.

Pros

I have been working at TestReach full-time for more than a year Founders have a great vision for the product and company and are very open to listening to everyone in the company. It's also one of the nicest groups of people I've ever worked with.

Cons

Low salaries, non-existent benefits and extremely high workload. Management keeps hiring graduates with no experience because they can pay them less than experienced people (or they use interns who get paid nothing at all) but the team needs more experienced people! It's very common to see people working 12 hour days because there's so much work to do and simply not enough people to do it.

Thanks for your open and honest feedback - as you will know, if you’re still with us (I say this as you make reference to “interns”, and we haven’t had interns for quite some time), we have spent time listening to employee feedback and have taken practical steps and actions to ensure we continue to support the great team we have. There is a fantastic team spirit at TestReach, with everyone focused on delivering a great experience for our customers and our employees. If you are still with us, you will know there is an open door policy, where you are encouraged to sit down with any senior manager or your own line manager, who will listen to your ideas.

Pros

- the people are amazing and are always helpful if you have any issues whether personal or professional - health insurance and pension - work from home

Cons

- There is a lot of inequality between employees. - The salaries are not competitive and are way below industry standards - There is a lack of growth opportunities in the company, expect to stay at the same level for years without much of a salary increase - There is a lot of micromanagement and bureaucracy: you are told to take initiative and be independent but when it comes down to it you're just treated like a puppet and have to do what is being asked - There are a lot of empty promises made such as workload and stress will get better but it never does - There is no incentive for employees to stay: no Christmas or end of year bonus, no competitive salaries or benefits for employees, no incentive to grow by taking courses etc. If they ask you to take a course or to up-skill it is up to yourself to fund it. They don't organise fun events for employees or encourage team activities -There is no HR so if you have any issue you need to go directly to your manager but that is usually a dead end. Any issues that are raised are listened to but rarely dealt with or if it is escalated to higher management, nothing ever gets resolved it just gets shut down - The company takes on employee feedback via a weekly survey to gage happiness and stress levels but nothing is ever done to improve the results of the surveys - It is a good company to start out in but if you are looking for growth and development you won't find it here. - We are constantly told to 'hang in there' during periods of stress and that things will get better but they never do - Everyone is always stressed because there are always major issues that need handling and require so many people from different teams to help out and extra hours - No such thing as getting paid overtime- it is expected to work late if necessary - They have no issue in disposing of employees without much reason to do so and have treated people very unfairly in the past
