There were always new things (products, or procedures) being presented before employees to get input and to troubleshoot any potential problems. Employees really felt like they had a hand in the way the company was heading
Cons
Since it is a new business and it's moving so fast, sometimes there wasn't time for you to stop and catch your breath. Things were always changing and evolving and the employees needed to be doing that all the time. Not really a chance to get in a rhythm
