I had a lot of freedom to come up with my own plans and programs, and the work was meaningful.
Cons
There wasn't much organizational investment or interest in the work I was doing, and the work was very emotionally taxing.

Great pay for the job, easy to get certified, choose your own hours.
Cons
can be a bit disorganized, training can be boring, and if you aren’t a social person you may struggle.
