Pros

Pay 401k, company benefits. A few good people in other sections.

Cons

Management & supervisors play favorites in some sections. No work-life balance. Maagement thrives on calling people out for errors. Not a positive or enjoyable work environment. You must be a favorite to be promoted. They have people in their low 30s running the show and they dont know what they are doing. They constantly make unnecessary changes and look for any reason to write people up and keep them from being promoted. Texas is an at will state and they can let you go at anytime for any reason. You have been warned!

Pros

Benefits are great. 2 weeks vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, profit share, 401K match. They match 100% up to 6% of your pay. Many opportunities to cross train and work up the ladder. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

You live there. Get used to your service truck because it is the only family you will know. You are also the only face that a customer sees. Much like waitstaff being screamed and cussed at by something the cook made a mistake on, you will feel the brunt of any and ll mistakes made by billing, management, planning and dispatch. Dispatch especially. Drive Cam. The drive cam ends careers quickly. The system is reviewed by a 3rd party company on cameras that are not very clear and punitive measures are doled out fiercely even though there are no actual rules stating guidelines for the drive cam. The company follows invisible "best practices" that are not written down and cannot be referenced. You can be sub par at your job, just don't set off the camera.

Pros

The benefits package is one of the best I have seen in 20 years. There is a safety meeting every month that must be attended. My department had lots of flexibility when it came to your work schedule. There lots of chances to volunteer for outreach events.

Cons

The lack communication among the staff and lots of gossip. No written processes for the procedures in place and not having the tools to be successful in your position.
