      Employees are valued, encouraged to grow, and I genuinely enjoy coming to work. Would definitely recommend to others.

      Pros

      some truly dedicated staff members and caring folks. decent work-life balance, most folks leave right at quitting time. decent flexibility for working parents (better than for working non-parents.)

      Cons

      lack of leadership at the top, zero opportunity for professional development or advancement, and departmental fiefdoms run by inept and highly unprofessional elders. unethical and disingenuous treatment of long-term employees. most folks stay either 1-5 years or 15+.

      Good place to work for those looking for a "cushy" job

      Great Benefits (matching 401k, medical insurance, etc.) Great coworkers (super friendly and just an overall decent place to work)

      Cons

      Zero room for promotion (extremely long tenured employees with 25+ years at company) Only way to truly get higher up is to brown nose the execs mainly EVP and other execs
