Management running out all the good employees

Pros

Most of the doctors and coworkers are good people.

Cons

Management does not communicate and belittles staff. They are unwilling to pay so they have untrained people giving medical advice. Salaries are capped out below Austin’s living standards and it takes years for some to get to the cap. Benefits are a joke and unaffordable for families. But don’t worry because the doctors are still able to afford their vacation homes while most their staff (that keep the company afloat) can’t even afford the insurance that TXO offers.

Pros

Some times were marked with a semblance of camaraderie. 401k plan was very good.

Cons

Raises less than 2%, and yearly reviews always overdue, No award for actual value added to company, merely seniority, numbers, and time served considered in review. Appearance is part of review rubric, and no one knows how the highest score of appearance is assessed. Little to no opportunity for growth in the business structure. Culture and values of company do not place patient care #1, schedules are packed causing burn out and negativity.
