Pros

I can't really think of any

Cons

The top people at this bank will run off anyone who does not agree with them. HR is a mess and does not respect employee privacy.

Pros

Not applicable, the bank has a long way to go.

Cons

- Small bank pretending to be a big reputable established bank. - You don't exist if you're not in sales. The bank is your typical 'good ole' boys' club. Sure, there's a few diversity hires thrown in there to make it look like they're trying but once you're hired you realize pretty quickly what's going on. Employee meetings are to highlight the sales team and patronize the rest of the staff that works hard behind the scenes.

Pros

The company allow you to crosstrain and learn about all the departments if time is avaliable

Cons

Lack of structure, training and communication. Emotional incompetence from management They Micromanage you and passive aggressiveness is an everyday task. Horrible health insurance and disability benefits. Sick time is accrued by 3.5 hrs per paid period, they won't release it even if you have an emergency, they are often short staffed, and make you feel like you are never doing anything right.
