Pros

You learn a lot about marketing from being on the ground in the trenches.

Cons

No work-life balance. Revolving door of people coming and going. Cult-like mentality about how YOU control YOUR future. Toxic positivity where they think they can cancel out any bad days with a positive mindset, which takes away addressing any actual issues head on. Very unclear training/interview process where they don't tell you that YOU WILL BE STANDING OUTSIDE OF RANDOM STORES FOR 6 HOURS A DAY AS A SOLICITOR. YOU LITERALLY SET UP A TABLE, AND ASK PEOPLE FOR DONATIONS AS THEY LEAVE. BASICALLY A GLORIFIED BEGGER/SOLICITOR. NO BENEFITS. NOT ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT WORK WITH COLLEAGUES?? NOT WORTH IT.
