Cons
No clear MANAGEMENT. Everyone thinks they're in charge and talk down to each other. They yell and humiliate you in front of patients. The work you're expected to do once clinic is done is insane and you cant leave until it's done or face severe backlash. YOU CAN ONLY TAKE PTO IN 4 HOUR INCREMENTS. EVERYTHING ELSE IS UNPAID.
