      Very loose work culture. Comfort zone Own township, theatre, school and even petrol pump Comfortable working hours

      Cons

      Disastrous Management Poorest of pay structure Salary not in time Hue and cry over Bonus declaration every year Practically no increment with as low as 500 per month, that too happens in 2 years..
