Pros

The solution sells itself when you can get someone on the phone Its a low price point however that becomes suspect as well. Remote work from home

Cons

Let's talk about all of the reasons why I wouldn't want to work here. Believe me, I wish someone told me this before the bad decision I made. These are my views and opinions. Overall leadership is worthless. They run the entire automotive suite they've bought themselves into. I'm fairly certain that these big name college diploma people pulling the puppet strings couldn't even buy a car on their own... ya, they're calling the shots! No idea what automotive really is- This automotive conglomerate is so amazing that multiple people who call the shots don't even know who the top automotive dealer groups are in the US.. If you're in automotive marketing/ advertising/ fixed Ops/ automation or anything related to automotive, you should probably know who the big players are. Cleary a miss! If your name isn't one of the founding members or, part of the family of this company, you're on the "unprotected" list. Your job is at risk, day one. Only "special" people can say and do what they want without repercussion. Attitude, demeaning and yelling at people is good if this were the 60's! Time to lose your arrogance and connect with your people after all, 14 associates have left this company in 12 months according to Social media. Terrible teammates- Most of the "worker bees" are good people however, the leadership team is a bunch of egotistical, overrated, overpaid fools! Benefits- If you want to pay out of pocket benefits at $1,500+ a month with a $2500 single deductible and poor employer contribution... This is the place for you. Benefits suck, they're expensive. This company isn't set up for today's career professional. They also don't offer a 401k, FSA, HSA, Disability INS or any other benefit that a normal company would in today's marketplace. There is a very small life insurance plan. Ability to make commissions- The comp plan is ok.. Not the best ever. You'll really need to have the ability of closing many deals per month to come close to hitting your sales goal and make a healthy commission. If you don't, plan on being fired quickly. The sales team is on the chopping block monthly. This company doesn't like travel so, if you like doing business face to face, consider other options. They market themselves as the biggest and best texting company in the U.S. however, competition seems to have a better market share and a much better name in the industry. A mass majority of the only leads that come in are from prior customers. Seems easy to grow business with the doors closed to the outside world! Branding is TERRIBLE! If you like over rated marketing who essentially do nothing to help the sales team... you've found the right place! High salary, no output. It is their way or the highway. Thats always fun. Arrogance- The final word of the day. Be less arrogant! nobody cares what you did 12, 25 or 40 years ago. Nobody cares how much you pound your chest from your previous career. Nobody cares about what degree is hanging on your wall! Be genuine! Be thoughtful. Care about your employees! When 14 employees "turn over" in less than 12 months, there's an issue! Its probably not the 14 people. Micromanagement is a thing of the past however it lives in this business daily.

Pros

If you want to be lazy and do nothing, there is zero leadership at this company and you work from home so no one will know.

Cons

There is zero growth potential at this company. There is a phrase at Text2Drive, "All the good ones leave" and rightfully so. Because the owner and his family hate when anyone else is successful. Zero Culture. Zero Team Building, Extremely aggressive and narcissistic atmosphere.
