+ Best people I have ever worked with + Studio is making AA games with aspirations for AAA in the future + Potential for personal development + Flexible working hours + No problem with occasional remote work, hybrid working model after 6 months + Work events
Cons
- Salary could be more competetive - No reward system (It is about to change however for now I can't say how good it will be)
