Pros
You can work on anything and even all by yourself. For anyone looking for developing their skillset and actually build something from srcatch, go for it. You are solely responsible for your code, and they won't continuously monitor you. They are also very appreciative of their employees, professionally and personally. You can also opt for remote work.
Cons
Since it's a startup, one cannot always find work life balance. Other than that, it's great.
