      Pros

      Thaioil was very amiable for newcomers to learn and take their time to get up to the speed. The culture of the organization has highlighted teamwork, professional, and ownership. The company provided good salary, bonus, and other benefits. People were very friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      There were some politics in the organization. Promotions were mostly based on seniority and time of service.
