      Employees die or are injured (and the pay is not worth the risk) The promise things and then don’t deliver Management gossips about their employees

      It's a pretty easy paced environment for the type of work

      Cons

      No accountability, as maintenance you are basically dealing with any issue to line whatsoever. including telling the operators the reason their line won't run is that they didn't put material in it.
