      Pros

      Friendly people to work with, HR team is excellent, good work life balance, Christmas is never taken out of AL allowance, quarterly team meetings aid charity cohesion.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low due to third sector but competitive with other charities, and considering most employees live in London.
