      - Excellent Organisational/Leadership skills from top management - Immediate superiors willing to listen to your ideas and encourages to pursue it - Digitalisation at it’s best - Company continuously strives for success and pushes employees to get the best out of them - Above market wages - Willingness to listen to your problems - CEO comes down to the floor during daily operations and communicates with employees - Colleagues are friendly - Good work culture

      - Senior management does not tolerate any excuses on deadlines - Strict regulations - Good place for career growth

      Pros

      Management is experienced and no nonsense. Adventurous, constant working on trial and error basis. Have nearly found their footing so would be interesting to join the company if you are up a brand building journey.

      Cons

      Startups are not for the faint hearted. There is a lot of optimisation and streamlining, ie -teething issues. Unless you are agile, it is difficult to adapt. Work is constant as the team is lean. Business model is built on lean efficiency. Younger ones tend to have drama which is unnecessary.

      - CEO/Management willing to teach you anything and everything if you are willing to learn. - Colleagues are friendly and helpful. - Access to a regional network and some of the brightest intellects in this space of thought. - No politics, work, work work! - Pay is above market.

      Cons

      - Management operates like an investment bank and demands are high - Additional weekend work at times - Management has low tolerance for incompetence and troublemakers are really dealt with. - Easily burnt out hence the high turnover
