      Pros

      Coffee machine, nice location, big name well known across all developers

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. Overtime 10+ hours required non paid. Very stressful. Depending solely on cold calls no marketing campaigns. Some franchise owners are horrible and have no idea what they’re doing. Very low commission scheme.
