Pros
It's a wonderful system and area to work in. Coworkers are great and support programs are pretty standard. Good levels of required equpiment and medication stock at all times so that's never really an issue.
Cons
Unsure where management "gets their orders" from but everyone perpetually seems to be in the dark - especially with ongoing contract renewals and hours.
