Not the the place you want to start off you career, nor to end it

some nice work colleagues to be around

Cons

Low salaries Owner has no managerial vision, and likes to be praised. No stability in the place, If the owner wants to fire you he will insult you and question your professionalism and your productivity. So many relatives involved , not a healthy environment to work in. Dark place underground with no windows or good air flow. Design team always plays the underdog. No Social/medical/life insurance. No outings . it feels like an elementary school.

Learned a lot actually, team working is great until you refuse Doing what out of your scope

Cons

They ask for work out of scope Unprofessional Team manager don’t know how to manage himself They’re such of kids Salaries are so low and don’t take a word from them to get raised you won’t When you start asking for your rights they will manage to annoy you to make you resign.
