Pros
Leadership that truly cares about each person in the company and co-workers that would do anything to help one another. The products and selling methods at TAP are actually innovative with the potential to revolutionize world of trade associations. If you're looking for personal and professional growth within a great work culture, an opportunity with TAP is one worth jumping at.
Cons
The team works hard and you want to work hard for them. This sometimes means putting in more hours or longer days than you might be used to but this wasn't something that leadership promoted — or even implied. It was a useful reminder for me to be more self-aware and disciplined with my work-life balance and I'm ultimately grateful for it.

Pros
The culture is amazing and you feel very connected to the people you work with even though some employees are remote. Plenty of support and you are given the tools you need before you need them - they are always thinking one step ahead! Very intelligent leaders who are a true part of the day-to-day business. You are pushed to be a better version of yourself every day.
