      High paying for someone with 0 baking experience

      Cons

      Bosses act like they get it but blame staff when things go wrong. They often use vulgar language, making the work environment toxic. No overtime pay despite working after working hours.

      Can’t find a single pros

      Cons

      High pay but extremely ungrateful bosses and extensive working hours. Bosses loves to blame others and biased against a particular long serving staff. Very rude and often shouts vulgarity and degrades staff by trash talking. No human being should ever be treated this way. Thinks very highly of their own recipes and think that they are irreplaceable.

      Deceptive high pay for F&B (hours are long, more than 10 with no breaks and they try to cheat your CPF too) Toxic work culture No chance of progression
