Pros
You will get to do whatever you want to do without any questions. Full freedom, place for retierd and want to spent retirement while working, best place to work. Okay to work for initial level employee.
Cons
No growth No work No work culture No employee policy Nothing to do, people are pulling each others leg, experience people are taking advantage by staying there and do nothing.

Pros.. whats that.. Good server/computer of-course purchased refurbished from USA. Nice chair.. you will learn good investment plans.. ( Director - part time business as mutual fund consultant)
Cons
Selfish management.. They will give you 100% increment if they wants you and fire you / play politics if they wants to fire u Director is like gatekeeper.. Who is in and who is going out.. how much time he is spending outside.. how much time on mobile.. etc etc In office, Few secret agents present.. They will give all information to Director.. starting from peon to manager.. After working 2-3 years in this company, No employees are not able to work in any other company. This is only company who hire old employees... no ethics ...
