Pros
The culture, environment, the compensation is fair.
Cons
The culture is cool cause everyone is like a family but that generates a lot of rumours. Also, we dont have a human resources department or company psychologist to talk to so we as workrs sometimes feel alone. I feel that we give all our baggage to our supervisors and nothing gets resolved.

A wonderful atmosphere with very kind people. Annual training events, and a great team overall. The hours are good too.
Cons
The pay is not very good. That's the only thing I can think of, really.
