      Pros

      Decent pay, reimbursed for training.

      Cons

      If LQBTQ+ they will fire you at the first opportunity they get, no PTO, small staff so very little support, senior staff is unorganized and prescribe very ineffective treatments, other RBTs are burnt out and spend majority of sessions on phone not attending to kids.

      Get to work with kids and help them and their families

      Cons

      Everything else. Pay and hours. No consistency. They WILL have you work and not pay you for those hours. This has been an issue with this company for 6+ years. Owner is not great at communicating with employees. Emails go without a response for a week at a time, but the company expects you to respond immediately to any emails received. DO NOT WORK HERE. There are better places.

      Pros

      Working for a small company has its pros! This place has a very flexible work environment. They are also able to cater to clients that don't need 30-40 hours per week like other places may require.

      Cons

      The ownership moved from WA to GA, and now VA. Each move has felt like the ownership is more removed and the WA location is kind of forgotten about. Definitely lack of supplies when necessary and little resources.
