It has been a great transition from a larger, more corporate, environment. The company is growth oriented and invites everyone to have an impact. There is a great team atmosphere and office culture. I have been able to apply my previous experience to feel a sense of success and job satisfaction while also learning more about the industry from the other qualified individuals. Overall great experience as I pursue my career in real estate and I am excited about my future with the company.
Cons
The experience is what you make of it. As a smaller company there is less of a templated approach to problem solving. Some may see this as a con while others will recognize this as a positive opportunity.
