There are no cons that I can think of!

Management is useless. Your work hours are constant because of the disorganized methodology of 1 .. Yes 1 'leader' This person is constantly changing his mind on the direction of the company and where the vision (or lack thereof) of technology is going. We have had copious amounts of outages because of him and his indecisiveness as a 'leader'. The treatment of employees is disturbing in that the only method of managing personnel is by intimidation and embarrassing remarks that (although reported) to HR, are never investigated. This company does not have a disaster recovery solution in place, yet we have critical data that is almost always never backed up correctly.
