This company really cares about its employees. I have learnt so much during my time here and continue to learn so much. I work in a lovely friendly team and each day is different and time just flies by so no clock watching. Work is varied and a good mix of teamwork and working independently and I love the fact the company doesn’t just put up with laziness! If you’re not a team player or not playing your part you won’t last. Means the rest of us don’t have to pick up the flack for those who just want to cruise along without working! Team is diverse and I’ve made some great friends. Company is ambitious and pushes you to reach your potential.

Basically, I come to work not to make friends but to pay the bills. Don’t get me wrong the people I work with are nice enough but they will not be paying my bills or feeding my dog that is down to me. I have noticed some people come and go expecting more time to socialise but this is a business not a pub. Work pay your bills and then enjoy the pub with your mates or maybe get a job in a pub and you can chat as much as you want then. Good company to work for looks after us and treats us with small gestures like ice cream on hot days or pizza when we get a big order closed off
