Pros

No pros about working here at all.

Cons

The culture here is terrible. You only get somewhere if you’re friends with the CEO or members of exec. It’s funny how a lot of comments here have been posted on the same day by directors and other support centre staff to try and mask the real comments about how employees truly feel. The exec team try to portray that they care but they don’t. If you are from an ethnic minority back ground, prepare to feel out of place and unwelcome, you will feel like the “trophy” diverse hire. If you complain about it, nothing will get done, and you will be talked down too. They condone discrimination and are indirectly promoting it by the culture they are causing. CEO constantly talks about all the money he owns and cars he owns and is insensitive to employees who are struggling at the hands of the cost of living crisis. This company is appalling and there will be nothing that changed till you strip out the CEO and the useless HR Directors that don’t have a clue about what is means to care and support their staff. They are all out for themselves.

Hi - I'm deeply concerned to read this comment and saddened at the thought of any of the team being this angry or upset. I appreciate you may not believe it to be true but your opinion matters to me more than you realise. Please help me address the concerns you raise by making contact with me directly. I understand given your review that you may not want to speak with myself or any of the HR team, so please do remember we have an external Chairman you can always reach out to if you would prefer. Thanks in advance, Alan Morgan

Pros

Office location is good if you like working in central london.

Cons

This is quite possibly the worst employer I have ever worked for through my whole career. Firstly the CEO, does not have a clue, ever since they walked foot in the door the company has been run to the ground, he hires his friends, close associates and people he likes, he does not hire people who are capable for the role. The CEO says that the big table group is diverse and inclusive but when a close friend part of the senior management team made discriminating comments nobody batted an eyelid. The environment is like a boys club, if you don’t fit in you’re not welcome and you’ll be made to feel that way. Secondly the business had a current restructuring to save costs but the wages have almost doubled by yet again the CEO wanting to put his friends in high places. The business is failing, that is why the CEO has tied himself to the most profitable part of the business, and is waiting till the rest sinks, he is not a business man but a man that cares only to line the pockets of himself and his friends. You can’t report to the board because guess what, he’s friends with them too the moment you open your mouth you’ll be a scapegoat. The reviews on here are being cheated so badly, you can see just how desperate the senior management are to claw a decent reputation, but they’ve done way too much damage too ever be able to repair that reputation. If you have morals and are thinking about working here, just dont.

Hi - It's obviously disappointing to read this as we would never want anyone to feel such bitterness that they need to vent in this way. Unfortunately, you have posted a number of statements that are simply untrue, incorrect or misunderstood. If you really are someone who still works for us, then please do contact a member of the senior team so we can try and help. Clearly, it benefits nobody at all (including our CEO and Exec team) for you to feel this way so we would love to help you resolve your concern.
