They are a pyramid scheme behind closed doors! They are smart circle retail! Look up the slave circle on YouTube before applying or working here! Management will tell you that they own this company but they don't. They also promise salaries that are untrue and are never paid out. This is truly a commission only job if you want to make anywhere close to the amount of money promised! They use a cult like culture to manipulate you into the "opportunity". Management will bully and harass you if you have not met you quota for the day or week. They will also tell you meeting and "team nights" are not required but if you do not attend you are beaten down and looked down on for it. There is no work life balance or financial freedom that they preach about everyday. They prey on young adults particularly ones fresh out of college. I would truly give this company 0 stars if I could.

No work. No responsibilities worth caring about. Boring, monotonous and not worth the money to even come in most days.
