Long hours many are usually nights and weekends Sometimes difficult to get time off based due to business needs especially during games or events

Would give you time off when you requested.

Cons

Expected so much out of the hosts and the whole restaurant in the general but the pay was terrible. Would pay other people more when you were doing the same exact job. Randomly started cutting hours and seemingly complained about being overstaffed. BUT continued to hire more people. Shady managers. Extremely toxic environment and waitress (some) can be very rude.
