no room for growth, management is demeaning, actively made fun of staff with high profile artists who visited, told to not make eye contact with or address owners, management spends time picking over if the clothing you are wearing is black enough instead of unruly guests, more emphasis on aesthetics over employee safety, one break room with 8 chairs and a second break room on the bottom floor of the parking garage for hundreds of employees, must stand entire shift and have verified letter from a doctor for a chair, administration is completely disconnected from staff and attempted to fix this by making a commision comprised only of admin staff, retaliation against employees for requests to improve work environment.

• Higher ups do not protect employees from aggressive guests. • Does not pay holiday pay which is strange because most companies do (ex. Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day)(Employees have to work New Years Day btw) • Have a lot of anti-capitalist artwork yet don’t treat their employees fairly. •Give certain people extra work that should be made into another department, these employees do not get paid extra for such work which is BS. Word of advice, treat your employees better. Stop being cheap. Pay them their holiday off days cause I know that the higher ups were salary based, I know they’re getting their money’s worth while other people get chump change. Do better.
