2. Being a BSG Safety Adviser isn't for everyone, though you are part of a team, most days you are out by yourself doing the work by yourself, it can be a lonely and isolated role at times, which is why its not for everyone.
3. Can be a challenging role, you need to e able to be a good communicator and to be able to deal with and resolve difficult situations.
