      Pros

      -FOH staff can become very tight knit (making it fun and more bearable dealing with management lol) -Customers around Wahroonga area are lovely! -Good streamlined process for service procedures

      Cons

      Venue manager has attitude problems (rolling eyes at customers AND staff for sometimes no reason at all). This was the hardest part about working at the job, just not knowing what mood management was going to be in and whether you would have a good day at work or not.

      Great team and very welcoming across the venues

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, expected to work over 50 hours a week and then be on call to answer calls, emails, and messages outside of these hours. Often worked an additional 5-10 hours a week.
